As a Lead Generation Expert at Education Legacy, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted campaigns to attract high-quality leads. Your role will directly drive business growth, utilizing innovative marketing strategies to connect students with their educational aspirations, ultimately contributing to the company's success and student outcomes.

Develop and implement organic lead generation strategies across SEO, social media, and content marketing.
Build evergreen content funnels (blogs, video series, guides, landing pages) to attract leads automatically.
Plan and manage occasional paid ad campaigns (3–4 per year) aligned with student intake cycles.
Create and oversee video marketing initiatives (short-form reels, YouTube explainers, promotional clips).
Analyze performance using GA4/GTM and continuously optimize lead quality and conversion rates.
Experiment with creative lead gen tactics (partnerships, influencer collabs, WhatsApp funnels, UGC).

Strong understanding of SEO (on-page, off-page, and technical basics).
Proven experience with organic social media growth (FB, Insta, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Content marketing knowledge (blogs, newsletters, landing pages).
Video marketing/editing skills or experience working with video editors.
Familiarity with Meta/Google Ads for burst campaigns.
Data-driven mindset with ability to track KPIs and optimize funnels.
Ability to build systems — not just run isolated tasks.

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Hands-on experience in SEO, content, or social media marketing is highly valued.
Prior experience in lead generation (organic or paid) is a strong plus.
